I know we all feel a bit trapped right now. You may not feel like you can do anything at all or maybe you're running out of ideas. Since it's so nice and warm out, I have been trying to do one activity a week outdoors and I thought it would be helpful to share. I know it seems like we're limited with what we can do so we must get creative. Here are some ideas that I've added to my list...

hiking!

if you're local to Nashville, TN, try taking a hike at Radnor Lake or Edward Warner park. You'll get a great workout in and a lovely rush of feel-good endorphins.

camping

grab a SMALL group of friends and go what I call "glamping". Put a glamourous spin on it with a few bottles of clean, non-toxic wine + s'mores. You'll feel recharged after a night with the gals.

play tennis

hit the courts with a loved one. This time in the sun allows you to release your competitive streak and soak up some vitamin D. Plus, you'll be able to throw on the tennis skirt you swore you'd wear.

take a lake trip

if you don't have a boat, try renting a canoe or kayak! A day on the water will give you natural relaxing benefits and being outside is always a bonus!

a socially distant picnic

take some food to the park (away from others) and enjoy some lunch! Make some of the dishes I have on the blog, pack them, and enjoy!

I've linked some of my outdoor essentials, I hope you give them a try and enjoy some time outdoors!

xo,

arielle
