What is your return policy for candles? All candle purchases are final sale.

What is your return policy for jewelry and sale items? Final sale.

What is your return policy for clothing purchases and all other purchases online or in-store? Store credit only and the item must be returned within 7 days unused / unworn. Any damages must be reported within 2 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. Items must not show signs of wear and must have original tags attached. Shipping cost are non-refundable. Customer will pay for return shipping label.

*Please note if an order returns back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered you will need to pay the additional shipping for the order to be re-shipped.*

At Nellamoon we’ve been creating candles with SOUL since 2015! With each candle we make you’ll find our love for creativity turned into illuminating light. We hand-pour our candles with lots of love using the small batch technique at our candle studio in Nolensville, TN. This technique ensures the attention to detail and the top quality of your candle, giving you the best fragrance possible!

Our mission is to serve the greater good through artisan candles that embody the bright light that shines within us all. To us, candle making has become something very personal and close to our hearts. After I lost my mom to cancer I wanted to do something that would bring tribute to how she lived her life with such grace, love and kindness. Each time you light your candle, we hope it serves as a symbol to shine your light and live your best life!
