This week, I’ll be sharing a few products and things that I’ve come across this week that I’ve genuinely enjoyed trying and I am so excited to share!

I'm sharing my favorite things: an immunity smoothie, kitchen staples, tennis shoes I'm loving a perfect pair of denim for less than $15, and much more!

The immunity smoothie

Warning: this looks like it would taste, well... not go good. But,  don’t knock it down until you try it! It really isn’t bad and your body will thank you for it. First, grab a powerful blender. I really love this one, it was a great investment. Then, add 16 ounces of liquid (I use coconut or almond milk), add one serving of this immune-boosting powder (it has added greens and antioxidants to support general wellbeing plus digestive support!) it’s no news that Vitamin C has been shown to boost the immune system which is why I add it to this smoothie! This one is the best in powder form that I’ve found so far. The rest is simple, just add whatever fruit you want and blend!

Kitchen necessities

There are a few non-negotiables in my kitchen… good coffee and non-toxic cookware. If you’re looking for a high-quality coffee maker, try this one by SMEG! It’s really easy to use, too! Now onto the non-toxic cookware… I try to opt for glass and stainless steel when I can as I avoid aluminum. These stainless steel pots and pans are at a decent price point right now and I can tell you that the quality is outstanding, and they’re non-toxic! These glass storage jars are giving me all the organized pantry vibes.

Running on clouds

Just because you’re not running a marathon does not mean you don’t need supportive shoes. These oncloud tennis shoes have made my jogs and walks dreamy... like I’m walking on clouds (ha!).

DIY Haircare

Studies show that rosemary acts as a natural hair supporter without the effects of an itchy scalp and harsh chemicals. Here’s the mask I've put to the test this week…

  • Add 4-5 drops of rosemary essential oil mixed with a little water.
  • massage into scalp for 2-5 minutes as if you were washing your hair
  • After 15-20 minutes, wash hair as usual – twice, to remove excess oil
  • Do this whenever you feel like your hair needs a pick me up!

Here’s the rosemary oil I use!

Summer denim

Have you noticed how expensive jean shorts are? I found a pair with over 300 five-star reviews for under $15… I’ll take them in every color, please. I suggest you try a pair, here!

I’d love to know what you’re trying this week! Let me know on Instagram @nellamoon!
