terms + conditions for candleland workshops

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. This is a legal agreement between Nellamoon and you, which governs the conditions of services rendered.

Candle Pouring Workshop: 

Conditions: As the purchaser(s) of the Candle Pour Workshop, I understand it is my responsibility to acknowledge the applicable liability waiver by consenting to the terms and conditions.

Cancellations/Late Policy:  Classes start promptly at their scheduled time! Please be sure to arrive about 10 minutes before your class time. In order to create an amazing experience for all scheduled guests, late attendees may be denied entrance into candle pouring classes. If you don't appear for your reservation or cancel within 48 hours of the reservation time your appointment is non-refundable.

Discounts: Coupon codes are not valid on workshops or upgrades.

Things to keep in mind:

$45 covers the entire pouring process.

Candles will be ready for pickup 3 hours after pouring or can be shipped for $12 per candle. 

You'll receive a 10% discount for in-store shopping to use on the day of your workshop!

For safety purposes, outside food is not allowed permitted in the workshop space. If you'd like to rent our space for a private event and bring food, gifts, etc, inquire to support@nellamoon.com!

*All participants 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

*The minimum participant age at an event is 10.

*Alcohol is not permitted.

What to do while you wait:

Our candles take a few hours to cool, so check out some of our amazing neighborhood spots while you wait for your candle to be ready!
