Dress up ! Wear clothes that make you feel happy and confident everyday. (Style point – bright colors in Spring/Summer and warmer tones in Fall/Winter.)
- Eat healthy whole foods and choose organic as much as possible. What you put in, is what you get out.
- Take care of your skin (use quality products + sunscreen) , it’s your bodies largest organ. Fine lines do not lie.
- Spend time in nature. It will relieve stress + anxiety and improve your mood.
- Spend time around people who encourage and inspire you. Trust your vibes.
- Drink lots of water. It helps eliminate toxins and stagnant energy in your body.
- Step out of your comfort zone, do something each day that scares you.
- Be grateful for all that you have been given. The more you align with gratitude the more you will attract things to be grateful for.
